Warranty and Replacement Policy

All Sales are Final!  Exchanges only can be made within 15 days of receipt of rod.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

• Our warranty policy is valid for 120 days upon receipt of the rod.
• If the damaged rod is determined to be of manufactures defect, then the rod will be replaced at no cost.
• Ship the damaged rod to PRIDE RODS: 1940 Honey Laurel Drive, Conroe TX, 77304
• Shipping cost to PRIDE RODS shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. Return shipping will be covered by PRIDE RODS.
• After 120 days contact PRIDE RODS for a possible pro-rated replacement cost.

 

REPLACEMENT

• If any other damage to the rod occurs after the warranty period, contact PRIDE RODS for a possible pro-rated replacement cost.
